標題[問題] 購屋方面的一些問題

不曉得這問題在這裡問會不會很奇怪... 因為我人現在在花蓮工作，加上之前準備考試的關係，對台南近期的新建案不是很了解，因此想說台南板有沒有對這方面比較了解的，可以幫忙解惑一下 大致上是這樣，目前是希望購入位在永康(奇美、南工附近)、大灣(崑山)、東區(虎尾寮)、仁德(近仁德交流道)一帶的透天厝(不考慮大樓或公寓)，原則上不考慮中古屋(除了東區外，其他地方屋齡超過5年就不考慮)，購屋預算約在800~1000萬，基本要求就三層以上(非頂樓加蓋)，車庫，一樓非店面，最好是純住宅區 其實上網有查一些建案，有標價的預算基本上都超過，沒標價的一定要到現場看，對遠在花蓮的我根本沒辦法....所以想請問各位，有沒有比較推薦的建案，等下次回台南時就可以直接去看，感謝各位 ps 手機排版請見諒 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.79.231.201
