談判核子問題　伊朗總統：我準備好了

【綜合報導】伊朗總統羅哈尼今日在聯合國大會上表示，將準備參與「有時間限制和結果導向」的核子談判，並強調未來伊朗不會給國際社會和地域安全帶來威脅。

羅哈尼指出，國際社會對伊朗的制裁是一種「暴力」的行動，他也呼籲美國總統歐巴馬不要受國內「戰爭販子團體」所給的壓力而影響。稍早歐巴馬則表示，會以和平外交途徑處理伊朗的問題。

此外，羅哈尼也譴責敘利亞使用化武，並鼓勵敘國接受國際審查機制。
