關於內車道超車這話題 相信已經被討論到爛了吧 但有些部分還是希望跟大家交換心得 案例如下 今天我行駛高速公路 速限110 A. 依條例來說 前後無車流 以110行駛於內車道 這樣算是龜車嗎 畢竟內車道是超車道不是超速道 但如果今天有車子只開90或100佔據內車道 我認定這些肯定是龜車無誤 因為會擋到後面開105 108 110的車子 B. 另一派的會以開車禮節來規範 而說你今天就算開到110 內車超完車後就要空出來 回到中線 因為後面可能有120 130的 他們吃罰單是他們的事 但不能阻礙他們開 快車的權利 因為那是"超車道" 我認為今天條例訂出來了 為什麼好好遵守法規的要去配合後面潛在違規超速的 (警車 救護車例外 這些車經過 你非讓道不可) 今天110的有人開80 90 100我都會 大聲的說他們是龜車 妨礙車流 不過我既然都開到110了 是否後面120 130想要飆的 應該是要自己去變換車道承擔風險 而不是閃大燈去逼前面的車呢 我想這是條例跟開車禮節的分別 在此想聆聽各位的意見 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.87.89.129
