天兔陸警解除 仍防超大豪雨

天兔颱風昨天挾帶強風豪雨，掃過東半部、南台灣後已減弱為中度颱風，台灣本島今早可望解除陸上警報。但脫離暴風圈後，宜花東及恆春地區，受颱風外圍環流引進東南風影響，今日仍會有超大豪雨發生。

天兔昨晚八點半位在鵝鑾鼻西南方一百五十公里海面上，以時速十九公里向西北西轉西進行，七級風暴風圈半徑二百八十公里，近中心最大風速每秒四十八公尺，預估今晚八點會位在鵝鑾鼻西方五百七十公里的海面上，朝香港方向前進，對香港構成嚴重威脅，要往香港民眾，要注意天兔颱風的動向。

關島北方熱帶性低氣壓，已增強為今年第廿號颱風「帕布」，每小時十八公里速度向日本前進，對台灣沒直接影響。
