台電：慎防強風吹倒電線桿

因應天兔颱風，台電成立防災緊急應變小組，若陸上颱風警報發布後，台電台北營運處將有20餘人員停休留守。台電主管表示，目前尚未有災情傳出，天兔颱風瞬間最大陣風相當於17級強風，估計中南部電線桿可能被吹倒，呼籲民眾做好防颱準備。
