天兔襲逢大潮 慎防海水倒灌

中央氣象局發布豪雨特報指出，受到颱風外圍環流影響，東北部防豪雨，中部可能出現焚風，颱風期間逢大潮，沿海防海水倒灌。

氣象局說，今天基隆北海岸、宜蘭及大台北地區有局部大雨或豪雨發生的機率，花蓮及台東地區有局部大雨發生的機率，應注意瞬間大雨、雷擊及強陣風，山區要防範坍方及落石。

氣象局指出，恆春半島、台灣東半部沿海及綠島、蘭嶼已有長浪發生，台灣沿海地區也有較強陣風出現，前往海邊活動要特別注意。適逢大潮期間，沿海低窪地區應防淹水及海水倒灌。

氣象局說，颱風期間，中部地區也可能有焚風發生。
