郭正亮：馬英九可能逆轉勝

針對馬江惡鬥，民進黨前立委郭正亮在臉書分析，昨天江王零互動，拒絕握手，眼神不交會，肢體語言展現不承認王院長。

但他說，國是論壇18人發言，國民黨立委只有2人參加，明顯是要讓昨天立法院淪為王+民進黨合作畫面。

郭正亮表示，本會期審預算，行政院最脆弱，立法院籌碼多，江何以如此成竹在胸？他分析，最大可能，是認定高等法院即將翻盤，王的假處分很快會被撤銷，馬江既然就要逆轉勝，何必釋出太多善意？王恐怕也心裡有數，所以昨天他神情凝重，預感山雨欲來。

郭正亮提醒，民進黨要及早想清楚，一旦高院翻盤的因應策略。
