國民黨律師團補充抗告理由

國民黨律師團不服王金平聲請「暫時保有國民黨籍」的假處分獲准，昨天遞狀向高院提抗告；王金平的委任律師許英傑，今天下午也到高等法院，具狀聲請公開抽籤分案。

許英傑離開後，國民黨律師團陳明等人抵達台北地方法院，遞狀補充抗告理由；「是否認為王金平聲請公開抽籤分案多此一舉？」陳明沒有正面回應，僅表示高院歷年來都是電腦分案、電腦隨意抽籤，國民黨律師團信賴司法。
