政局動盪，台股也無法倖免，雖然外資連13買，台股今（13）日仍收黑，成了黑色星期五。綜觀基本面，產業趨勢向上、具競爭優勢及企業獲利穩定的成長型績優股如F-昂寶（4947）、宇隆、儒鴻等15檔個股，可望力抗政爭，成為第4季盤勢主流。

以營收月增率排名產業前20%、毛利率排名產業前20%，以及每股稅後純益（EPS）排名產業前10%，加上9月初以來外資買超排序，挑選出15檔成長型績優股。

摩根台灣金磚基金經理人葉鴻儒指出，美國量化寬鬆（QE）政策調整在即，資金行情逐漸消退，將由景氣行情接手。
