王金平擔保金已提存　執行命令將送國民黨

【法庭中心／台北報導】王金平假處分案，台北地院於今天下午4時15分，裁准王金平以938萬1210元擔保金擔保，繼續保留行使國民黨黨員職權的權利，台北地院指出，王金平約於5點左右，擔保金額已提存完畢。
 
據悉，台北地院將依規定進行後續程序，除將假處分執行命令送達國民黨，另也會一併通知立法院、中選會，但執行命令將只對國民黨發生效力，無法拘束立法院與中選會。
