財政部年底前提報財政健全方案

財政部長張盛和下午宣布，年底前將向行政院提報「財政健全方案」，若無政策主導性，將朝全民釋股方向；政府各部會目前持股市值共新台幣1.7兆元、9800多萬股，數十家公司，應對持股政策全盤檢討。

張盛和表示，他可以「斬釘截鐵」地說，台灣金控有「18趴」政策任務，「絕對不可能釋股」。
