《法新社》：歐巴馬將以最大利益行事

【綜合報導】英國下議院今日稍早否決向敍利亞採取軍事行動，《法新社》報導指出，美國總統歐巴馬將會以「人民的最大利益」行事。

英國國防大臣哈蒙德（Philip Hammond）則表示，英國不會參與任何對敍利亞的軍事行動，但他預期美國可能會獨自對敍利亞採取行動。
