台九線臨時封路 駕駛人進退不得

康芮颱風引進的西南氣流今天上午為南台灣帶來豪雨，公路總局上午9時臨時封閉台九線壽卡至新路路段，直到下午2時20分才恢復通行；兩地有上百位駕駛人進退不得，在路旁苦等了5小時20分鐘，抱怨封路為何不能提早宣布。
