標題[請問] 放棄急救同意書&器官捐贈

最近身邊發生了一些事我希望可以不要再替身邊的人造成麻煩也希望生前沒做過什麼好事的我死後身體可以幫的上忙想要請問，關於放棄急救同意書與器官捐贈的簽署方式還有是否有什麼注意事項... 像是好像之前有看到，就算簽同意書還是要有兩位家屬同意？或是請問該去哪個網站/機構查詢相關事宜感謝各位的回覆 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.129.83.152
