寶島極 合併子公司國睿盤中漲停

寶島極光（3115）董事會決議簡易合併100%持股子公司國睿，定12月20日為合併基準日。

寶島極主要從事印刷電路板（PCB）自動光學檢測（AOI）代工，國睿為PCB鑽孔代工，近年營運增溫，盤中股價亮燈漲停板到11.55元，公司預期合併後可擴大營運規模，強化體質並提高競爭力。

寶島極10月營收8,152萬元，月增率18.21%，年增率37.97%，創2013年單月新高及歷史次高；前十月營收5.58億元，比2012年同期減少7.45%，其中第3季營收1.82 億元，季增率15.91%，為近三季最高。

寶島極上半年毛利率13.49%，稅後純益3,938萬元，每股稅後純益0.28元；毛利率比2012年同期提高5.1個百分點，並轉虧為盈。
